Blue Phoenix is a traditional Vietnamese libation that has been refined for today's distinctive consumer.  Our small-batch, premium wine is meticulously hand-crafted from sun-grown mochi rice, home-cultured koji, yeast, and water. This medium-bodied wine opens with scents of pineapple, apple, and apricot and finishes with the gentle tartness of yuzu.  Served chilled, its subtle sweetness enhances the umami and depth of grilled meats, rich broths, or any fragrant, spicy entrée.
